At Lahzatek, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data.
If you’d like to delete your account, please follow the simple steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion directly from within the Lahzatek app or by emailing us.
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Lahzatek app.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Follow the confirmation prompts.
Option 2: Email Request
Email us at lahzatkcards@gmail.com
from the registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
We’ll process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Deleted Immediately:
- Your name, email, and password
- Any custom invitation card data and generated templates
- Associated payment information stored with us (if applicable)
Not Deleted Immediately:
- Legal and transactional records (such as receipts or order history) will be retained
as required for regulatory or accounting purposes, for up to 180 days - Aggregated anonymous data (not linked to any personal identifier) may be retained for
analytics and service improvement.
Additional Notes
If you have an active subscription through Google Play, please make sure to
cancel it separately via your Google Account.
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
